Not too long ago, Aukje van Gerven jumped feet first into a giant washing machine. Before she jumped she was a legal professional and after the cycle had finished the end result was an author, adventurer and edutainer. She now creates captivating stories and short films from her experiences, to inspire others to seek new challenges and adventures within their personal lives.

Aukje has written articles for Dutch magazines and blogged about her adventures. Her first book is now available in stores, Profession: Adventurer.
